Dance Against Cancer brings the global arts community together to fight cancer with this one-night-only annual performance to benefit the American Cancer Society. Past shows have included performances by the dance world’s brightest stars from New York City Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Ballet Theatre, Ballet Hispánico, Martha Graham Dance Company, Jacob Jonas The Company, Ladies of Hip Hop, Broadway stars, and more.
Past performers Misty Copeland, Tiler Peck, Ayodele Casel, Alex Wong, James Whiteside, Nev Schulman, Maria Kowroski, Denys Drozdyuk, Antonina Skobina, Skylar Brandt, Lloyd Knight, Matthew Rushing, Clifton Brown, Robbie Fairchild, Michelle Dorrance, Shoshana Bean, Isabella Boylston — and choreographers Christopher Wheeldon, Andy Blankenbuehler, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Susan Stroman, Andrea Miller, Ronald K. Brown, Fredrick Earl Mosley, and others have collaborated and donated their work.
Dance Against Cancer has raised more than $4.5 million to support the American Cancer Society’s lifesaving mission to end cancer as we know it, for everyone.
